Getting started

Remove the plastic flip tops from Human Growth Hormone ampoule and sterile water vials and throw them away. Then, clean the tip of both the vials with a fresh alcohol swab. Now, take the syringe and the long needle. Hold the syringe and twist tightly into place on the needle and then remove the plastic cap from the needle. Pull back the plunger in the syringe until it reaches the 1 cc line on the barrel. Now, inserting the needle down the rubber stopper of the sterile water vial, push the syringe plunger down.
Now, holding the plunger down, turn the vial upside down and release the plunger to fill the syringe with water. Next, mix the sterile water with the Human Growth Hormone vial by injecting sterile water in the Hgh vial. Mix Hgh and water by shaking the vial.
Now, your solution is ready. Create pressure in the vial by pulling the plunger a bit and then pushing it. Now, remove the larger needle and place the smaller one.
You are ready to Inject
Choose the injection site for subcutaneous injection. The most convenient and popular area is the belly but be sure to avoid the umbilicus. Clean the site with fresh alcohol swab and let dry. Then, with one hand pinch a fold of skin and with other hand, dart the syringe into the skin fold quickly. Insert the entire needle perpendicular to the skin and keep it there letting the injection go in slowly and then quickly removing the needle. Do not rub or massage the skin.
